Leadership Structure
Senior Leadership Team
The Principal of the School, Andrew Williams, is supported by the Head of Primary, Mrs Maria Plant. Together they form the Leadership Team of the whole school.
Primary Leadership Team
The Head of Primary, Maria Plant, has a leadership team made up of the Key Stage Managers: Mrs Shazia Raheel from Key Stage 1 and Mrs Mahmoona Kauser from Key Stage 2. This group is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Primary School.
As a small school, we also endeavour to spread responsibilities more widely. With this in mind, the Primary Leadership Team is supported by a number of ‘area coordinators’. They are as follows:

Secondary Leadership Team
Andrew Williams, the Principal, also serves as the Head of Secondary. The academic leadership team is responsible for teaching, curriculum and assessment.
