Welcome to the British Overseas School Website. Founded in 1958 as a non-profit organisation, the British Overseas School has been successfully providing the rigorous British Curriculum by UK qualified staff. We are now a fully integrated Primary and Secondary School through to GCSE and A level Years 7-13, in the British system. The Secondary department began with years 7+8 in August 2003 and as of August 2004 we have expanded to include years 9+10. The Secondary children will be examined under the Edexcel system. The British Overseas School is an independent registered Edexcel Examination Centre - Registration No. 96325.

Our dedicated UK trained staff deliver a broad and balanced curriculum to small classes of enthusiastic learners in purpose built facilities set in a quiet residential district of Karachi. The increasingly cosmopolitan nature of Karachi is reflected in the global range of admissions and applications which are actively encouraged from all sectors of the international community.

Enriched with this wealth of diversity, the British Overseas School retains the friendly, family oriented ethos that has characterised its growth and remains its hallmark.
